I'm not a spicy person but I like to try things at least once. I'm literally eating The Salmon now. There's a cough here and there lol but it's good! I used everything you listed except the hot sauce and I cooked mine in an Air Fryer instead. Thank You!

Daaaaaaaaang that looks phenomenal. The grits look awesome. I do love some good grits and look at that cajun spiced oil seeping its flavors all around them. YUM. I stock up on salmon when it's on sale. Last time it was 4.99 a pound at kroger. So this meal is also budget friendly

Beautiful color on that salmon, recipe looks great, excellent video. I can tell you love grits, you have several videos of cooking grits. I love Tabasco and use it all of the time, I will love that gravy, but my wife who is from New Orleans hates Tabasco and I don't understand that, but New Orleans people are not real Cajuns, lol, like an upper Class Louisianan/Creole Cajun. Keep up the great cooking.

awesome looking recipe, Grits, Polenta or Fofo is underrated, but it sits for a long time, I had polenta late on a day and was loaded the next day for half of the day, so it is kind of a superfood :)

It kinda looks like the lemon juice should go on prior to oiling the fish because the oil coating causes the juice to run right off without sticking at all. It looks like water running off a ducks back :)

Looks amazing but why no salt on the salmon? Was there already some in the cajun seasoning?

Because the Cajun seasoning already has salt

It’s because it’s store bought shredded Gouda. I’ve noticed the store bought one is usually orange. If you freshly shred it though it would be white. Not sure why that is.
