Hi andi very informative video. As per google ....The protein requirement range is 0.8-1 gram per kilogram for healthy adults which is differ to your statement that 2 grams per kg...please advise...you are doing a great work andi.

As per google .8-1 Gram per kilogram is to prevent Protein deficiency, not for complete healthy life style ... I am suggesting for healthy life style refer sports nutrition, There is only way to reduce carbs portion in our regular diet.

No not at all... If you mix lots of carbs with those foods then you will get those problems... So do the transition... Do slow shifts in diet

@@MrMadhav Hi, Thank you for your reply.I was doing transition period only,from last 3 weeks my break fast 4 eggs,lunch rice with dal and sabji,dinner moong dal khichdi with 1boiled egg.But i am facing nasal congestion issue and along with sleeping issue due to brathing difficulty..may be unfortunately for my body this type of diet not working ? i am not sure ?

@@bashaa659 in your diet plan there is very less protein...and you are eating lots of grains... Which will cause inflammation not because of eggs... Try only chicken and eggs gradually reduce grains and see...
