Today, we going back to our roots in Louisiana and making our version of the viral Cajun Pasta, or Creole Pasta if you from where I from! This simple yet delicious recipe is perfect to hook up on a random week night with minimal time. Come on with me!

What you will need:
1 Pound Shrimp (Peeled, deveined and patted dry)
8 Oz of Pasta (I used Chickpea Pasta)
1/4 Cup of Red, Yellow and Green Bell Pepper
1/2 Cup Onion (I used Red Onion)
3 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 and 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Shrimp seasoning: Tony Chachere, Chipotle Powder, Smoked Paprika and Cayenne (Optional)
Sauce Seasoning: 1 Tsp Cayenne (reduce to taste), 1 Tsp Garlic Powder, 1 Tsp Onion Powder, 1 Tsp Paprika, .5 Tsp White Pepper, .5 Tsp Black Pepper, .5 Tsp Chipotle Powder, Salt to taste (I used approx .5 Tsp)
Notes: This came out pretty Spicy, so adjust the Pepper measurements as needed, especially the Cayenne Pepper. Sub any pasta type and shape as desired. Sub Chicken instead of Shrimp or add sausage. I ended up discarding the sausage I bought because I didn't like the taste (Tried a random brand SMH).
