@@infinite_eye2727 You shouldn't go for an Oily skin cleanser when you're using tret. With those pills your skin goes to the other side of the spectrum (Dry skin) so try with Toleriane for dry skin or the Lipikar brand of La Roche Posay (meant for dry skin). While on tret, no double cleaning nor agressive cleanser, a lotion is enough, and hydrate your skin (not balms for super dry skin, with moisturizers you can search for normal skin, we don't wanna have clogged pores while on tret). You can try with Vichy Mineral 89 or the revitalift Loreal serum, if you think you need more moisturizing, go for a gel, like Toleriane fluid (not cream).

While I haven't seen our Dr. Shereene suggest it, try a humidifier to restore moisture in your environment especially if your products contain Hyaluronic Acids. If the moisture in not in your environment (Dry states arizona, dessert areas) then the HA will take the moisture FROM your skin-further drying and nearly impossible to restore. PS.
