Absolutely loved this! So rich with insights and info. Jason you rocked it! I've been thinking about metaphor development for awhile, since studying with Michael Neil who I find to be a master at metaphor. It is through my listening to him that I discovered their power in coaching.. I will definitely listen to this again and explore deeper. By the way, I found Michael through Mindvalley in 2019. I am forever grateful. Thank you for all you do and offer! ❤

at 39:25 what a creepy thing he says...IF managers are stressed i would go to him and say I know this is super stressful and you need to bring new procedures in if there is anything I can do to help let me know and i will help you...He said it with a straight face...That is super deviant behaviour. He is saying behind all the other staffs back i will help you to bring this in....To me that is very low morals...Workers are always exploited by companies by the management and he is adding to it...Very strange as something he considers as a grea thtig to do.

Ajit looks adorable but be careful when purchasing any programme. Ajit works with Mindvalley and they offer very poor customer service. after buying a programme from Evercoach yesterday, I am not able to gain access. They charged me three times and have refused to even sort my problem out. 12 calls to USA, a chat and 8 emails have not been acknowledged. All i get is automatic replies to go into an account I have not got. Just e careful when buying products off such online companies.

I’d forgotten the haircut metaphor. It’s about surrender and delegation and giving instructions as clearly as you can and accepting that their interpretation may not exactly match ours, so having a level of acceptance in how things may be done differently to what we expect or are used to, to reach the same outcome. It’s also one for me to remember because my trips to the hairdressers are similar!
