Highlights:- CHICKEN SPRING ROLLS
Ingredients:-
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Oil 1/2 bowl
Chopped onion 1 medium size
Chopped capsicum 1
Chopped cabbage 1 bowl
Green chilli 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
Black paper powder 1/2 spoon
White vinegar 1,1/2 spoon
Soya sauce 2 spoon
Schezwan sauce 1,1/2 spoon
Tomato catchup 3,4 spoon
Roll sheet 4,5
Oil for fry 300 ml
Method:-
Boil chicken with salt ,water and ginger garlic paste for 30to 45 minutes
Remove it from chicken stock
Let it cool on room temperature
Then Shred chicken
Heat oil in a deep utensil
Add chopped onion fry for 2 minutes
The Add capsicum and green chilli fry for 2 minutes
After that add add chopped cabbage fry it for 2 minutes more on high flame
Add Salt to taste,ginger garlic paste and black pepper powder
Add shredded chicken
Cook it also for 2,3 minutes on high flame
Add white vinegar,soya sauce,Schezwan sauce,and tomato catchup mix well cook for another 4,5 minutes on high flame and done
Remove it from stove
Let it cool on room temperature
Take a roll sheet add prepared chicken
Apply flour paste on edges
Simply roll well and done
Fry it on medium to low heat
Fry until it turns golden brown
Surve hot with catchup or meyo
Enjoy with your family and friends
