charan sparsh Guru ji pure week ke liye workout routine bataiye please jaise me karta hu monday- soulder then last me 1-2 set back karta hu derh ghanta lag jata hai tuesday- biceps and triceps wednesday-Chest and Legs then fir se next 3 days yahi repeat karta hu but difference ye hota hai start days me dumbells jyda use karta hu or next days barbell rod jyada use karta hu kya ye sahi hai ya changes karne chiye mujhe Please suggest
