Your ab workouts are one of the very few that actually make me feel sore the next day. It's pretty hard usually for me to feel a burn there after working out, but you always know what to do to make me feel like I actually put in work! Lol and I like working out at night before I shower. I never feel motivated to get up super early in the morning to workout.

Thank you thank you thank you. I did this work out for about a month and a half before my destination wedding, along with healthier eating habits and I had rocking awesome abs. I will continue to watch your videos. Thank you for making them so short and simple yet so effective!

Just started using xhit. My boyfriend and i have been together for about a year and the comfort level is starting to show on my body! Lol. This is my second night working out. Always have to do it right before bed. Fingers crossed!

Guys and gals out there wondering if this will actually work in a month's time, everybody has different metabolism rates. I have a fast metabolism so I see the results in a month that someone else may see in 2 or 3. There's a chemical that controls how much or how fast muscle tissue can grow, this is mostly genetic. Another thing is, you can't do these and expect change. You'll see little to no results if you don't change the lifestyle that gave you those extra layers of fat on your belly.

I have been doing ab exercises with XHIT's Rebecca Louise for 6 months . I had seen some improvement, but then nothing...I switched to Kelsey Lee's lower ab workouts and within two weeks I have seen a huge improvement in my abs. I also run 4 miles every other day, so it's not like I'm in bad shape. Kelsey Lee's workouts have been better (although exhausting) for me. P.S. I work out in the morning. And yes, I'd like to see the outtake video.

I'm working on a flatter lower belly, so I'm really glad about this workout. Cassey Ho calls it the pouch which I really like as a word for it :) I like to workout in the morning, to have it done before the day starts, then I shower and go with energy in my day,but if that is not possible I do it after all the shores of my day at 9, 10 or 11 in the evening and I have no problem working out until midnight - it is better than getting no workout done, because I need to do it everday to stick to it

I love XHIT, my favorite time to work out is the morning, straight after i wake up... it helps me gain energy for the day and i can actually see the results as well as other people! However i wish you could do some deep abdominal core work outs, i do ballet and that's a place i need improvement on so i'd really appreciate it if use did a video :)

I don't have a medicine ball, I used a dumbbell. Thanks for the workout Kelsey. I am doing this, along with another ab video, five to six times a week. That with diet and two cardio videos, I am definitely seeing a result!

To be honest with you, you should be doing Blogilates lower ab videos if you want to get rid of your lower pooch. I have arthritis and tendonitis so I really have to be careful about putting my body weight on my arms. But search Blogilates lower ab videos on youtube, they are the most effective. But it's a lot of putting paper plates or face towels under your hands and doing moving planks and stuff for like 11 minutes. It's too much with my arthritis. But give it a shot. I have lost 3.5" of stomach fat so far. I have another inch and a half to get to my goal. I'm getting married in June. Best of luck to you! The lower pooch is one of the hardest things to get rid of. I have had a few check ins (I measure my waist every week on tumblr) where there was no lower pooch, every other one had it. But yeah, my suggestion: do 1 blogilates lower ab, 1 ab video (blogilates or xhit), 1 cardio and 1 HIIT (blogilates) or Pop HIIT (blogilates) or Pilates (blogilates) video a day, six times a week, eat very clean and drink 64 ounces of water a day.

If you would have said several months ago I could lose fat without starving myself or counting calorie intake every day, I would not have believed you. Loved the workout! It is the first lower ab workout which I can actually do without stopping ( I usually take some shorts breaks between the exercises because my back is hurting but here i didn't need to) . Thank you XHIT!

Kelsey, I just love your ab workouts!! they have me sweatin every time lol! even though there are so many different ab videos i could watch and do, i always end up just modifying yours! add ankle weights, more resistance etc. i love them all i can say is, id love to see more! also do you have any leg and butt workout videos? please let me know! thank you so much for helping my abs be summer ready !!! i should've taken a before and after lol

Cynthia's intense full body workout routine is my favorite video. I stared running then made the goal of getting through the video with out stopping and i do. I just did this and your thigh exercise for losing fat.

exercises is not only for morning.. make a convinient time that suits u. dont forget to eat veggies and fruits its better eat starch food avoid oily and processed.you also have to know if your metabolism is fast or slow. the best thing treat yourself once a week. but for me I still do same routine to lose weight fast.discipline and most of all do not lose hope even if it takes a lot of time. keep it up guys .

I prefer doing my workout before work cause i'm alone and I can concentrate more *I have a one year old baby* but on the weekends when I do it on the afternoon while he is napping I have more energy...I don't know if you have a video for standing ABS, I will look for it but If you don't please share one with us and btw! also share the behind scenes video jaja, love from Panama, keep up the good work! At the end of the exercises you feel your muscles. The rest of the day, I felt nothing, and the next day I was really stiff, as I regularly do abs exercises. so this definitely works.

I learned how to do a reverse crunch yea I felt it in my lower abs and was like I need to add this in more often. For me, I am trying to hit the entire ab group on me to flatten out my tummy.

Post workout, always have something to replenish the nutrients that you lost. You need to strengthen your muscles and bones, especially if you worked them really hard during your workout. Lots of times, I feel weak after a long workout. Drink a protein shake, smoothie, or eat something light like a salad (but with lots of veggies and some kind of protein like beans). I love making a smoothie and throwing in a bit of protein powder :)

Howdy, I am currently seeking out some motivation for fitness. The reason I don't have motivation is due to depression, however I do feel that working out will Aide in my recovery. Don't get me wrong, I do want to get fit and healthy, but I have nothing to focus on to make me strong & able to push through. Any suggestions?

My back always hurts when I'm doing abs I always make sure not to bend it I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong my belly is my weakest spot but I don't know how to not strain my back when I'm working out any advice?
