Grind coarsely & keep aside
Oil - 2 tbl spoon
Mustard - ½ teaspoon

Green chilli - 3
Dry chilli - 3
Curry leaves
Asafoetida
Salt
Coriander leaves

Yam (Senai Kilangu) - 300 grams
Tamarind juice of small lemon size
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - ½ teaspoon
Pepper - ½ teaspoon
Fennel powder - ½ teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Salt
Rice flour - 1 tbl spoon
Corn flour - 2 tbl spoon
Oil - 4 tbl spoon
