When you are in Singapore, try our Singapore nyonya-style laksa (most famous is the Katong Laksa which Gordon Ramsay competed with) and Otak-otak. When you go Malaysia, try their Penang Laksa (aka Assam Laksa), they also have their version of Otak-otak.

Its authentic Malay food. Very common in Singapore like Lontong, Otak otak, Teh Tarik ( Tarik means Pulled) etc. U should try their Nasi Lemak (Coconut Rice)+Chicken. The price u order here probably half of it.
