I think it really depends on your style of hunting. That's a great option but for some a more simplistic/lightweight setup like a roll pack might be better option. -Especially people who might be hunting/hiking longer distances with more gear. It clearly has some advantages as you pointed out! Thanks for the vid!

Im new to saddle hunting and not into one sticking but all these pouches seem to be about 2-3" too short or narrow.

I noticed it on the One Sticking video also, I'm curious as to why you don't pre-load the safeguard back on the rope before putting it back in the TX5 pouch so you don't have to worry about doing that at the tree with extra noise?
@AERIALASSAULT1

Honestly I don't have a good explanation for you. It's just the process i've created. As far as noise. Not a issue. I can do this with almost zero noise

Currently have a cordura water bottle carrier holding my 40’ of canyon rope. Very compact, but a bit tedious to get all the rope in there. If I stick with it....will prob use it walking in the woods and hunting, but just coil the rope and hang it off my saddle on the way out of the woods(rather than spend 5 mins jamming it back in the carrier. The Eberlestock does look tempting tho.

Man the dump pouch is ALMOST perfect but it just takes a min cramming it back in. I couldn't imagine using a water bottle pouch

So.... I went to the extreme and bought 60' of canyon rope. Do you think that you could get another 20' in that eberle pouch?

Is that an 8mm or 9mm rope? And do you think the Eberlestock will work ok on the lightweight Tethrd Phantom?

9mm. I've since swapped to 8mm oplux which does fit better. It should work fine

Man just figure 8 your rope and fold it in half, stop that wadding it up shit. It'll fit right in a role pouch with hardly anything sticking out

For $50 I knew it couldn't be American made. Vietnam made, which is a communist country. Although it is a nice pack I won't be buying it and would gladly pay double for the same thing made in the good ol' USA. Good review. God bless.
