Tiana Akaeke they asked if I had any questions and asked each one - panel of 3 for 2 rounds. I took notes on the question paper Darnell suggested making and they looked so shocked by it. Thank you so much for your sharing your expertise. In addition, I went on an interview today and I did very well. I followed exactly what you said and the interviewer informed me that out of all of the candidates she interviewed, I was the only one that asked questions. Furthermore, she stated that it shows that I'm interested in this job. Moreover, at the end of the interview, I said that I want this job and everyone at the table smiled and laughed. As, I was walking out the door the supervisor said, You did a great job! I told her thank you and she told me to have a great weekend. Lastly, I followed up with a thank you letter.

Thank you Darnell. I was so anxious to get a job that I did not ask "Q2. What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the position?. My manager kept changing it. Then I asked for my job description. Silence. I went to HR to ask silence. In short I was laid off. Q5. How would you describe your company culture? And what kind of people are successful here? - I found out, was who can buy food, buddy up and curry favor with the boss. Colleagues were buying her daughter presents (i-pads and gifts). I cannot do that. Nothing objective, it was all subjective. Excellent video. As I go to interviews now, I am asking these questions upfront. It was too stressful not knowing where the goal post or home plate is. Thanks again for your guidance.

@taylamade5305
4 жыл бұрын
Entry level exists. If you are starting out start with ITIL foundation certification. You don't need to have an associates degree, just work your way through the certifications depending on what area you want to specialize in e.g. Networks aka A+, N+ certs. If you have the above certs you mentioned you won't be on tier 1 for long, you'll be snapped up quick smart 😁
