All those dogs look so beautiful - what an amazing and eye-opening experience. We see so many dogs roaming the streets in our travels and it's so sad. It makes us happy to see when they can be well cared for and find better homes.

You can mix and match when you eat string hoppers, usually both dhal and coconut sambol are used together when eating string hoppers. It's really tasty that way. You can combine other curries like fish or chicken as well with those :)

There's a yellow liquid gravy curry that gets put on top of the string hoppers before eating that makes the string hoppers much more delicious. The person who is eating puts this on the string hoppers from a different dish. This yellow liquid makes the string hoppers more moist to eat. I don't think you had this with your meal. You have to eat the dahl curry, the coconut sambol, and possibly a meat curry with the string hoppers all at once for this dish to be very delicious. Next time. You don't have to tip anybody in Sri Lanka. It's not required that you give any money for any hospitality that you receive there; just walk away. You have to have milk tea with your food in that area. The most beautiful dogs in the world are in Sri Lanka!! Excellent video by the way!

I think it would've been very helpful for someone that's planning to go there, maybe you have a reason for not providing the prices. OK thank you.
