I was dealing with terrible hot flashes and insomnia. I made a discovery while intermitten fasting. If I stop eating before 8pm and make sure I take my stool softener in the morning I don't get hot flashes while I'm trying to sleep at night. When I'm constipated I get hot flashes. When my stomach is full, I get hot flashes. So I found going to bed on a empty stomach and empty intestines gives my Liver less work to do at 2 A.M in the morning when the flashes would normally began. I told my cousin about it and it works for her as well.😊
I have only been taking all of these supplements for less than a week and I feel amazing! I haven't felt like this since having my hysterectomy in 2000. Thank you so much for your videos!!

PLEASE add the importance of K2 to this video. Vitamin K2 is essential to take with the D3. D3 carries Calcium but K2 tells it where to go. K2 has the ability to activate Osteocalcin. It also helps D3 to pick up Calcium from arteries and other soft tissues where it doesn’t belong and deposit it in the bones and teeth where it should be. Nearly all of us are deficient in K2 as well due to modern day farming practices.

Thank you for sharing that great information. I found myself laughing a bit at some of your comments, as I am going through menopause, since my total hysterectomy last May. It's been a rough road, for myself as well as my family. Who think I'm a diffrent person now. Which, if they only knew how much of a stranger I feel in my own body, how accurate that statement really is! Lol I'm greatful to have them though, they are always very supportive, in their own ways. I know they all mean the very best. 😁 THANKS once again! Cheryl🌸

Hello @sharonkatherine8191, thank you for your question. Some supplements may support hair health during menopause. For instance, biotin, vitamin D, and iron are commonly recommended for maintaining healthy hair. Additionally, adaptogens like ashwagandha might help manage stress, which can impact hair loss.

I'm 50 years old. A year ago, after an unsuccessful attempt to diagnose a year of unexplained chest pain(every heart/esophagus test in existence) my naturopath tested my hormones and found my progesterone slightly low and put me on progesterone cream. My chest pain decreased by 90%, night sweats and hot flashes cut way back, and the joint stiffness I had been experiencing, especially in my feet, mostly disappeared. At the time i was still having periods. After 3 months of progesterone use I stopped having periods, and I felt pretty decent overall for about 10 months after beginning the progesterone. In the last 6 weeks, though, I have experienced systemic arthritis symptoms and serious stiffness in my achilles tendons. All my joints are stiff and after sitting or sleeping for any time at all I limp around until I limber up, and my hands are the worst(stiff, swollen and sore) which sucks because I clean houses for a living. My hot flashes and night sweats as well as chest pain have returned. Do you think, now that I'm not menstruating, my hormones are imbalanced again(estrogen too low now)because of the progesterone cream??

Calm is made with citrate version. I am so sad because in the two weeks that I've been taking it, I have been sleeping restfully and waking up clear and alert. Can you comment because I am really bothered by this information if it means I discontinue using. Please respond.

Natural supplements can sometimes be effective for managing symptoms related to hormonal imbalances, but they usually work differently than hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
