How true that the golf swing when done properly does not hurt the back but stretches a player out. You guys are always so insightful. And love that little putter aid. Keep it up.❤

I'm mid 50's (an 18 handicapper) and have been concerned about recent back pain. However, you have solved the issue and again made a huge difference to my game. Appreciate your work.

That setup that allows more hip rotation is awesome. It will also allow the the club and arms to go inside(which has been frowned upon in our industry unfortunately). This will also promote pressure shift earlier into the lead leg.

It’s like you’re in my mind. Tweaked my back for the first time ever at the range and had no idea why.

This is really so good, Mason127 mph with that effortless looking tempo, wow, at almost 70 I'm lucky, golf has never hurt me, but before i play or practice i always do a 15-20 minutes yoga workout, but i will try the right leg back drill as a warm up

I remember you mentioning a new training aid about 6-8 months ago. I believe it was something that would help keep hands at impact similar to address. Curious, Ty

I haven’t had any lower back pain after 100+ rounds in 2023. However, my thoracic spine in between my shoulder blades and just below, have been aching like crazy and I can’t find any type of regimen for relief. Any tips for that?

Make sure you add some rotator cuff and shoulder blade stability exercises to your work out routine. We have a pre round warm up series perfect for that. It can be found at porzakgolf.com

Hearing how Mason (UCLA golf) is working on rotating to fix back pain is big. This must be crazy important.

Hey Adam, are your clubs fairly flat? They look it… I wonder if the increasingly upright modern irons are promoting worse golf positions (higher hands, hands further from the body, more flipping) - in comparison to older irons.
