I came across this video and was very much pleased to see you'll take up this initiative about guiding and showing what the behavior of the receptionist at the desk should be in reality. It was indeed pleasing to hear with the soft spoken polite attitude of the lady attending the patient. Keep making such guidance videos which would be helpful to many a hospitals' in guiding their receptionists in the manner they should correlate with patients. One suggestion though would be to please kindly let both the videos be in one place, so as to better understand the issues for which the video is made. The earlier rude behaviour video followed by this one would certainly be most helpful in better understanding the situation. Since both the videos are separate, the viewer tends to be under a wrong impression and many a times might misjudge the whole thing, thus leaving an unnecessary comment for the same. Once again kudos to you'll for taking up the initiative and making this important video.👍 Best wishes to your team. 👍
