I thought this was an exceptional training video for everyone from the beginner to truly experienced. I too was intrigued by the grip. It would be interesting to have you explain why you chose it. I will share the training with others. Fifty Round Shooting Drill Three targets set side by side 1. Ten: Ten rounds in magazine or capacity. Load and make ready. Both feet pointed toward the target. Each shot starts at the ready position with the muzzle touching the table. Fire one shot at Left target. Repeat this for a total of ten rounds. 2. Ten: Ten rounds in magazine or capacity. Load and make ready. Both feet pointed toward the target. Track your sights between shots to keep track of just what your sight is actually doing between shots. Each two round shot series starts at the ready position with the muzzle touching the table. Does your muzzle come back on target after each shot. Fire five separate - two round bursts at the second target. 3. Ten: Ten rounds in magazine or capacity. Load and make ready. Both feet pointed toward the target. Each shot series starts with your weapon lying on the table and your hands touching your ears.. Two five round bursts. Fire five shots rapid fire and place the weapon on the table. Repeat another five rounds. Highlights any weakness in your stance or grip. 4. Ten: Ten rounds in magazine or capacity. Load and make ready. Both feet pointed toward the target. Weapon in Holster. Draw fire five rounds. Start on Left target, one shot in each of the three targets moving Right to last target then back to Left target. Total five shots. Holster weapon. Repeat another five rounds but this time start on the Right target moving Left then back to Right. Holster weapon. Total five shots. 5. Ten: Two rounds in each of two magazines. Each shot series starts at the ready position with the muzzle touching the table. The extra magazine is on the table. Load and make ready. Both feet pointed toward the target. At Right target fire one shot, immediately reload and fire a second shot at the Middle target. Two rounds in each of two magazines. Each shot series starts at the ready position with the muzzle touching the table. The extra magazine is on the table. Load and make ready. Both feet pointed toward the target. At Middle target fire one shot, immediately reload and fire a second shot at the Right target. Two rounds in each of two magazines. Each shot series starts at the ready position with the muzzle touching the table. The extra magazine is on the table. Load and make ready. Both feet pointed toward the target. At Right target fire one shot, immediately reload and fire a second shot at the Middle target. One round in each of two magazines. . Each shot series starts at the ready position with the muzzle touching the table. The extra magazine is on the table. Load and make ready. Both feet pointed toward the target. At Right target fire one shot, immediately reload and release the slide from slide lock by pulling the slide back and fire a second shot at the Middle target. One round in each of two magazines. . Each shot series starts at the ready position with the muzzle touching the table. The extra magazine is on the table. Load and make ready. Both feet pointed toward the target. At Middle target fire one shot, immediately reload and release the slide from slide lock by pushing down on the slide release lever and fire a second shot at the Right target.

Excellent video! I’m gonna try this at the range today with the most important rule you mentioned @ 0:44 “Always plug the muff.” Got it! Thank you!

Thanks Lena, you confirmed what I've told others. You can do a lot with just 50rds if you're pressed for time and want to get in some quality training. Love the energy I can tell you love to teach.😁
