quick and easy veggie wrap | veg frankie roll | bombay style frankie roll
Ingredients:
Flour : mix of processed flour(maida) +wheat flour - 3/4th cup each (to make 9 rotis)
Boiled Mashed potatoes/ raw banana - 4
Cooking oil - 4 tablespoon
Tomato sauce - 4 tablespoon
Chopped green chilli -5
Green chutney/dip (mix of coriander ,pudina-mint, green chilli) - see my previous recipe- 1/2 cup
chopped 4 green chilli dipped in vinegar -for 15 mins
chopped coriander -1 cup
Chopped like long strands - green bell pepper, onions, cabbage (you can add more veggies of your choice)
Special spice blend - make it by adding garam masala , jeera- cumin powder,red chilli powder , salt , black pepper, amchur powder- dry mango powder - each 1/2 spoon and then grind it together for the special spice blend
Chilli powder ,Salt ,Turmeric powder / Haldi, Hing/ Asafoetida, Coriander powder, Jeera- Cumin, mustard seeds
