Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) is one of the most common causes of Vertigo.
It is often described as a sudden sensation that you're spinning or that the inside of your head is spinning.
These symptoms of dizziness are usually triggered by specific changes in your head's position.
A common example is the onset of dizziness when turning your head in bed.
BPPV causes brief episodes of mild to intense dizziness.

Cause
BPPV is actually caused by a mechanical problem in the inner ear.
Vertigo occurs when some of the calcium crystals (otoconia) that are normally embedded in gel in the vestibular organ (Balance organ) become dislodged and migrate to places where they are not supposed to be.
Treatment
BPPV can be effectively treated with the appropriate mechanical maneuvers.
In this video, we go through this "repositioning" process step by step. Easy to follow and easy to perform at home!
Aftercare
And finally, I share some vital tips on aftercare with you, helping to prevent this from happening again!
