Thank you for not being the "eat lean meat and the rest is all carbs" You dont need that much for glycogen, for real. Even training every day full body x6 sets you'd use up maybe like 1000 cals of glycogen, you don't need 2000cals of carbs in a day.

Serious question how do you prevent blood sugar from dropping to low and going hypoglycemic when fasting. I find fasting can work but I often feel like I'm about to pass out???

I would be less aggressive with your fasting strategy. What should happen when blood sugar gets to low is glucagon. The inverse hormone to insulin should raise blood sugar. If you’re feeling hypoglycemic, you’re probably just too aggressive with fasting.
