It’s a KHS! I had a early 90’s KHS FLIGHT! It was the most aggressive stance track bike I’d ever seen. I’m only guessing KHS because of the forward bubble in the frame to get the wheel in closer.

A friend built a fixie from a mystery unpainted track frame out of a bike shop attic. The frame was made of high quality steel, lugged, and had Campagnolo track dropouts. He had it professionally painted with red automotive paint with a hint of metal flake and put a mix of NJS and Campagnolo parts on it. It handled like a dream, and I regret not buying it from him. He sold it for $300, a huge bargain, so the buyer threw in a painting as part of the deal.

here's my progression - only narrow straight 90s mtb bars are worthy, years later no-rise 12deg backsweep is so nice to palms, then narrow riser to get it higher and now narrow nitto moustache bc wide grab is for mountain sports and palm should grab bars with thumb forward not inwards. Drops are too much fun for me so moustache.

Twitchiness can be managed through several factors - rake, ht angle, stem length/angle, handlebar position and shape, any front loads, and some contribution from the total wheel with tire diameter. This makes it so very different bikes can have similar front-end handling - a fatbike can be twitchy and a bmx can feel sluggish, all depending on the components and adjustments. Excluding the back end and riding (up/aero, on/in, etc) feel and position. PS: If you want the details: Hambini has gone into why SRAM GXP is a terrible BB system a few times.
