This was an Ocean lobster from Australia, and it was legit (tasted great). It doesn't really have claws like the American & European) "True Lobster," It tastes better than the freshwater lobster, I've had some giant freshwater lobsters in Thailand.... they weren't as good as far as the texture of the meat goes, and flavor was a little lacking. But I still liked it.

I feel using a dull rounded butter knife is the best tool to crack crab shells. Dull so its safer and insert the knife into the emd of a crab shell and while holding the crab in one hand, motion upward to cut the shell. On hard areas like the knuckles, hold the blade side and tap the shell and it will crack.

Why are seafood more expensive in VN than in the US? Weird since they're next to the ocean. I understand some are imported but they are overall higher than the US. They should have taken the rope off the mud crab before weighing since you're not buying the thick rope. Yes, almost everything else is less expensive.
@lasvegaseats702

There are cheaper places, and it depends what you get.This place is known for having things from around the world. A lot of their seafood items were extremely large, but you could still do a moderately priced meal here, depending on what you get.
