Beautifully voice.I had never heard of her until a couple of months ago, had a song early morning rain on You tube, which I had heard by other singers, but she done it best. All I could find out was She had a show at a club in Atlanta I think, and moved on when she got married. That's about all I could find.

My understanding is that the album was private release, which means it never was in distribution in the record stores. One of the problems she may have had developing her career is that the pure folk idiom was passe by the 1970s. Maybe she got married and had kids. It could be as simple as that.

I have also done much online research and found nothing. Because of this, I wonder if she existed at all and that the photo we have is just some obscure actress who posed for an album cover. The songs being rendered by some now forgotten studio singer. Most likely this is what happened. Still, there are some songs on that album that were very well performed. Am glad they have been presented here on YT.

What does this say about any of us? Even the best known of us will be forgotten totally within 50 years or so. Think of it; there have been billions of people living on Earth and only a few thousand are remembered at all, and a lot of them because they were evil. What's it all about, Alfie?

This has all the signs of being an AI personality prototype trial run experiment to "work out the bugs" via an innocuous attempt to rewrite history. Another possibility is that she's a real person who took a shot at making it as a performer/musician and then moved on, possibly getting married, having kids, working a 9 to 5 job and settling into relative obscurity for some fifty-odd years before being rediscovered on youtube.
