@@problematicss9946 heated and cooled seats, sun roof, again leather being a huge one. Led headlights and not just drls. Inexpensive performance isn't the reason it's a manual. It's lineage. My Brother and I, Both Own 2019 Elantra Sport Turbos. He has the DCT Auto and i got the Manual one and they are decent cars but i think Hyundai needs a lot of work. All Elantra Sports and Velosters Turbo have Lag Issue, Hesitation, DCT Transmission problems, Manual SHifting Rough and not grabbing Reverse issue. They also used very thin small Intercooler Piping and small intercooler which doesn't provide enough strong cool air flow and car tends to not hold the power down at all and hesitates. Only good thing i could say about Hyundai and these Elantras is, that they have good Technology, features, good safety features, good handling, but not that great at breaking. Also not great at mpg at all for being a small 1.6l turbo. Hyundai, Including These Elantras and Velosters are that they have more Cons then Pros.

I've gotta a couple of thumbs up commuting to and from work. Overall pretty satisfied with mine, very fun car, great exhaust note, and the design has grown on me A LOT. It's a quiet engine...not a lot of power though. I'm sure the 1.6 turbo is more fun to drive, but I got a great deal on it when I bought it...Had really good rebate and dealer discount. It's a 2018, I have 40K on it. ( I drive far to work)...I use synthetic oil, Mobil 1 filter, and I change it way before it's time. No problems. I hope to put over 200K on it.

Test drive was good, but the Civic SI was the better driving car and I liked the looks better. Then my Mazda dealer made me a dealer on a 3 Touring that I couldn’t pass up (brand new Touring 2.5L in Eternal Blue) for $16;500. But Hyundai, if your listening, fix the front styling. I honestly test drove both the 2019 Hyundai Elantra Sport and the 2019 Honda Civic Si back to back and I purchased the Si. While the Elantra sport has a better looking steering wheel, infotainment head unit and LEDs, the Elantra sport didn't feel any faster or more powerful than my 2015 Dodge Dart Rallye with only 184 hp as opposed to the Elantra sports 201 hp. The turbo to me in the Elantra sport didn't put you back into the seat like the Si does, which is a characteristic I was looking for when picking out a turbo charged car.

I'd approach these cars cautiously to be honest. More than a few owners are filing for lemon status on the Elantra sport, N-line and Veloster N. I love the new hot Hyundai's, was even shopping around for a lightly used 17-18 Elantra sport in the Chicago area. Tried 3 cars at 2 different dealerships, all under 10k miles. Ran the VINs, but all came back flagged for lemon status. As much as I want a fast Hyundai, I'm staying away until we know more about these cars in the long term, or until Hyundai or the dealership techs can work out the kinks.
