Thyme - 1 teaspoon
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Olive oil - 30 ml
Butter - 20 grams / 0.70 oz
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Method of preparation
Cut the potatoes into thin circles. We put them in a bowl and season them with salt, oregano, black and red pepper, add olive oil or oil. Mix them well and let them absorb the spices for 20 minutes.
During this time, we flavor the minced meat. Place the minced meat in a bowl, add the green onion, chopped small, the egg, breadcrumbs and season with salt, thyme, black and red pepper. Knead well and leave for 20 minutes, so that the minced meat can absorb the spices well.
Then we pour the seasoned potatoes into a tray. And on top of them we arrange the meatballs, which we prepare by greasing our hands and shaping the mincemeat of the meatballs, as shown in the video above. In a bowl, mix the grated cheese with finely chopped green onion feathers. Mix well and place 1 tablespoon in each meatball.
Spread each meatball with the butter, which we mix with red pepper. We cover the tray with foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 240°C / 464°F for 30 minutes. Then we remove the foil and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C / 392°F.

Water - 500 ml / 2 cups

Thyme - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Paprika - 2 teaspoons
Parsley - 1/2 link
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Olive oil - 40 ml
Method of preparation
First, we knead the minced meat, adding to it 1 onion, 1 egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, cumin, savory, black and red pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then we shape the meatballs and fry them in hot oil for 2 minutes on each side on a moderate heat.
When we take out the meatballs, in the same fat, fry 1 onion, garlic and carrots, chopped coarsely. Fry for 3 minutes on a moderate heat. We salt. Add the pepper, cut into medium-sized pieces. Fry for another 3 minutes on a moderate heat.
Then we add the potatoes, cut into large pieces. Add 500 ml of hot water. Cook for 1 minute on low heat. Finally, add the tomato puree and season with black pepper, thyme and red pepper. Cook for 1 minute on low heat. Pour into a tray, add the meatballs and bake for 30 minutes at 220°C / 428°F.
