better than olive garden zuppa toscana soup recipe df gf
This Zuppa Toscana recipe is one of my family's favorite meals! I don't usually use a recipe so here's what I do to make this Yummy better than olive garden soup!
Ingredients:
Bacon (for paleo version, make sure no nitrites or sugar in bacon)
Cook in Cold oven @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes flip half way
Ground Turkey/Chicken
Onion
Garlic
Oregano
Fennel Seeds
Red Chili Flakes
Basil
Salt
Pepper
Cook through until browned.
3 or 4 Potatoes cut in 1 inch pieces
Throw it all in an instant pot, pot on the stove or slow cooker. Cook until the potatoes are tender.
Kale 1 bunch cut into bite size pieces.
1 can of Coconut Milk
Add at the end of Cooking process
Top off with Bacon, Jalapenos or even chopped up onion 🤤!!!
I don't usually use a recipe, this is why this video is more of a how to! I like to make it my own! I make this soup on a frequent basis and it is one of my family favorites!
This soup is also Whole30 approved, Paleo, Gluten Free, Dairy free
