I’m making it as we speak...I will let you know😄, I’m using duck sauce in lieu of plum bc I have none..lol....omg, it’s so good! The crust is absolutely perfect and the sauce is perfect as well...I had all the ingredients except the plum....my friends can’t stop raving either,... pork fried rice and egg rolls (store bought, lol) rounded it off....thanks again!

I made the sweet-and-sour pork for dinner tonight. I just could not waste the pineapple juice so I used it to replace the water. I added half the sugar to the recipe. I wanted a few more vegetables so I chopped up some snow, peas. What an amazing dinner.

I love this recipe better than the others I've tried before. The sweet sour sauce is just perfect, not too sour. I've added chopped onions (big chunks) up to my liking and no regrets. Thanks for uploading this simple but delicious recipe. I've made this recipe with chicken breasts and they taste great too.

OMG...I' m getting better at the Chinese cooking. Today I wanted to make pork sweet and sour having my own ideas how to do this but first wanted to check on you Mandy just to make sure...It is almost exactly the same...Youuhooeee happy man I am now.. I did not have salt anymore so I used fishsauce and i had a can of Lychees, souring them up with rice wine vinegar thinking it is good combination with pork along side the pineapple...applause for myself...youhooooooooo...:-)

I am morphing your General Tso's chicken recipe into sweet and sour chicken, but I want to make it more like an orange chicken..........the basic frying of the General Tao's chicken can really be used for any type of sweet and sour, orange chicken or the original General Tao's..........I really just want to get away from the sugar based sauce and i would never use a food coloring....I think you would agree with that too..........Your recipes are second to none......I have cooked Asian style dished for over 4 decades but really learned a lot form your videos..............keep them coming.........
