I did it and I reversed my hba1c 9.2 to 5.3 And passed brown rice test After eating 200 grams brown rice my sugar levels are 107 1. Avoid all market packed food ( like maggi , chips , cakes , biscuit etc etc ) , refined oil , white sugar , maida and white rice .throw these to drain ....eat 500 gram fresh vegetables + fruits (any kind of whole fruits Chewable)... Excellent eye opener doctor. Lifestyle modification and low glycemic food are the key. Well chewed pulped food , slow intake of water at regular intervals, 7 a.m breakfast, 12.30 lunch , 7 p.m dinner enhances control of Hba1c below 6.5.👍

Doc, U hit the nail on the subject of diabetes. Logical reasoning, & sincerity in approach on the part of patients in terms of follow through on control aspects is the only answer instead of going inside the shell & shunning proper eating process is not the cure. Sir my hba1c was 10.8 in sept 2021 then i lost 12 kg (from 85 to 73) by jogging and diet within 2 months i did not tell anybody even to my parents. Then just after 2 months hba1c dropped to 6.9 then by january 2022 it came to 6.1. Since then it has never crossed 6.2 till now. I followed dr. Eric berg advice - intermittent fasting and low carbohydrates diet. Even my C peptide fasting test was 1.9 which is absolutely perfect. My suggestion for newly reported diabetics is to do intermittent fasting and avoid maida, sweets, rice at all cost.

All doctors talk a lot about diabetes, but pharmaceutical companies have lowered the standards to sell medicines. The medical profession is a business, not any more a noble cause. All have different hypotheses without any concrete solutions. You guys have created a situation of chaos. Unfortunately, I haven't found a helpful doctor to solve this disease. Instead, they offer only advice without any practical help. How to believe that what you are saying is not also a scam.

I think you have not watched the video or you are having short term memory loss and have made totally wrong conclusions.I will summarise for you- •Keep things simple and practical •Don’t experiment with fancy diets •Natural methods are best to control diabetes •No promotion of diabetes drugs or pharma companies •Remission of diabetes possible (control without medicines) and not reversal.

It is challenging to determine who is providing accurate information as conflicting opinions are prevalent, and it is difficult to identify the perfect source of information. Unfortunately, most doctors resort to a trial-and-error approach with no clear solution in sight. Ultimately, the medical and pharmaceutical industries benefit from this situation. Unfortunately, everyone calls another person recommending a solution for diabetics as a scamster

Nature made sure the evolution of our bodies in such a way that the consumption of calories is balanced through equal physical work. But we lost that balance due to many of us being physically inactive as no more need for physical work for getting our food and further we are flooded with more and more food as compared to the past. The result is diabetes and the solution is Life Style Change.

I want to share my own experience in this matter. I used to eat packaged wheat for a long period and result was very poor. In fact pp sugar was always in excess of 250. Now i am using chakki aata and that too purchased under personal supervision. My pp sugar is now below 200. So i request all the diabetic patients to stop ready made packaged wheat flour and try local chakki aata for better management.

Please doctors educate people not to consume oil and to use moderate healthy fats like ghee. I have cured myself completely giving up oils. It takes years for the cells to rejuvenate but the cure is sustainable with proper diet. I do eat some sweets occasionally without any problems.

We shall not see a carbohydrate food in isolation. The quantity and the side dish play a major. If you eat 4 chappatis, even if it is made of whole wheat, it will spike your sugar. Two chappatis are the moderate quantity. Also if you eat two chappatis with aloo (potatoes) your sugar will spike. But the same 2 chappatis eaten with lentils or vegetables will keep you sugar levels low. Same way eating more than a cup of fruit in one sitting will spike your sugar level. Limit it to just one cup a day. The truth is the food you eat is your problem as well as your remedy..

One more point you should mention while using wheat,if whole wheat grains are washed and dried and milled the gulan tolerance will be reduced automatically.Try different wheat grain verities ,eg,like Sharbathi Wheat tastes sweet than Bansi Wheat,. So many varieties of wheat are there in market, just like rice varieties.No need to quit the wheat just change the variety.Better wash and drained any grain before ground to prevent pesticide side-effects which may be one of the reason to gluten intolerance.

Good information. However, some studies suggest that regular milk is better for health than the low fat or skim ones. Fat from milk couild be beneficial. You are right about trans fat. They need to be avoided. Thank you for the video.
