Fascinating presentation, as always! There's a fine King Edward Vlll post box in Birmingham,near Northfield railway station.

I seem to remember theres a George V one in Rotherham on Moorgate somewhere.

@@TheVillageIdiot I think it was one of those rectangular ones, built into the wall, I'm sure it was nearer to the hospital, but I think it was about 2010 when I noticed it.

Even rarer is an Edward VIII Post Office... Only 5 where opened in 1936 across the UK and one happens to be in my hometown Chester-le-Street in Durham with the 19ER36 insignia above the window..

There are Victorian and Edwardian ones in Ballina but they're painted green!

Yes some green ones still exist. The oldest one still in use is green, its in the Channel Islands
