Mustard Seeds - 50gm
Cumin Seeds - 50gm
Cabbage - 200gm
Beans - 200gm
Green chilli - 100gm
Curry Leaves
turmeric powder - 8tbs
kashmiri redchilli powder - 8tbsp
coriander powder - 10tbsp
Moong dal - 200gm
Toor dal - 200gm
Black peas - 200g
Rice - 2kg
Tomato - 1kg
salt to tast
Garam masala - 5tbsp
coriander leaves, finely chopped
