I am a Bharani (Full) Moon native, I am also a Swati ascendant. I never dated because I want to be in love, I need to meet someone I "already know", I don't know how to explain but whenever I meet a man interested in me ,even if he seems amazing, I am always like " No that's not him, I don't recognize him from anywhere". Sometimes I think I am crazy and I'll never meet anyone who has this something I am looking for. My friends think I am way too picky, but I can't change it. In the meantime I don't know what to do to not end up alone 😔

Same, bharani moon and ketu conjunct it, anurasha ascendant and Jupiter Venus , rahu in swati. I never am satisfied because I yearn for someone who feels like home to me. I never felt truly at home in my own family because of how harsh they were. I never seem to find anyone who connects to my soul AND is safe. I’ve found a few soul connections rarely in my life but they were karmic and traumatic, not nourishing and uplifting, so I had no choice but to pick up ny broken heart and leave them. Now I’m just alone. I have a bad feeling my true love probably already is dead, not of this earth anymore. Who knows though

I lost my Bharani sun&moon father to terminal illness a year ago, and was amazed by the sanity, maturity and his matter-of-fact approach to death and dying. He made such an effort to make his passing easier for me and my mother in every way he could, and he was so calm, philosophical and stoic about his time coming. It didn’t make anything easy, but he made sure we knew he was going willingly, readily, satisfied and in peace. I’m a bharani moon too, so as traumatic as it is, the effort he made to make sure we achieved clarity and understanding was truly helpful

I’m not a usual commentator here on KZitem but as a Bharani asc I feel like I had to applaud you for your fantastic analysis on this nakshatra and all the mythologies present. It is difficult to pin down such an Marsian-Venusian yet ethereal constellation, yet you did a superb job at it. You are spot-on about us being true hopeless romantics, even if we hide it. As a Bharani, I also study Carl Jung’s work in depth in university, am a professional sailor, and I was raised upon the Buddhist Dharmic principles of life (Depicted by the wheel). I can tell you from fact I’ve had an experience with a Bharani moon man whom I, as a Bharani asc woman, though it defies my logical mind, intuitively sensed was a soul mate. Upon first meeting, I felt an unexplainable familiarity with him (Mannequin Two moment!), so much to the point I got scared and avoided him altogether and the chance at loving him. I was so shy around him, which wasn’t like me. I think it was then he was involved with someone else, and much like your video with the unfinished business, with the “Please take me outta here” ALWAYS reference, I begun to avoid them. The mythology of Orpheus and Eurydice is accurate. I was attracted to his artistic talent (Like Orpheus), and he was attracted to my love for the outdoors (Like Eurydice) and talent in water-sports (Like a nymph!). What’s funny though is we were never romantically involved, only ever friends, even when it was so obvious to others I was fond of him or vice versa. Our relationship was and continues to be a slow burner… it’s like we both realize it’s important not to rush, to not take a death-defying leap if we want it to last in this world. The importance of patience and faith, much like the moral of Orpheus and Eurydice, is prominent here. That, or we have trouble grounding the relationship physically (Incredible when you mentioned the lovers stuck in the ethers; Outward Bound movie reference), which manifests as issues such as long-distance in modern day, unavailability due to grieving from past-heartache, and more, which can be further emphasized by nakshatras such as Revati or Anuradha in the chart. We avoided eye contact with one another a lot; out of shyness, or perhaps unconscious fear of "dying" out of true love and passion. Friends said whenever I looked at him, he was always looking away, and whenever he looked at me I was always focused elsewhere so that I won't look back. We also went to a musical concert together where we sat side by side but did not look at each other once, and after the concert he took my hand and led me out of the dim packed concert hall, where he lost my hand twice whenever he looked back to check if I was following (First time I dropped my bag, second time a person pushed past our hands). The classical concert was called the Orpheus Odyssey too- piano, harp and strings, I literally begun laughing by that point in your video; you are incredibly gifted Claire! This is absolutely mind-blowing! I agree with your statement as to what Bharani teaches; Bharani has a muse quality in that we are taught through our own experiences, that true love transcends fear and death; that love can audaciously breathe prana back into your life, if you are daring, and purified, enough to choose it. This Bharani moon native is significant as we, at a distance, healed and continue to heal or inspire one another to strive; to not fear love, the dark days, or life, but to embrace it. From this Bharani experience, I think it taught me if a person brings out the best in you and you in them, regardless of if you guys are separated by waters (Or realms, in this case), things are still on the right track, because of true love. I am really looking forward to Part 2 Claire! This is really accurate. I hope these regular anecdotes from a Bharani's life aids in your future work, or just serves as a confirmation that you're doing wonderfully. Keep up the amazing work! You are truly such a blessing, and wonderful guide. Sending you all my heartfelt love and blessings. ❤️⛵️😊

Even when I experimented on psychedelics or weed, i always felt like I was aware of and stuck in the constant cycle of life and death & knowing that life never ends, and I should have no fear because we've lived millions of times already & probably went through worse things yet still I ended up ok. As a Bharani Moon and Mars, this exploration was phenomenal Claire! I love Jung's works, Wuthering Heights, Corpse Bride, Orpheus and Eurydice, Dark Paradise is my favorite song by Lana Del Rey, My Immortal- Evanescence because they have similar themes. 🥀 Tchaikovsky (Bharani Sun) composed the masterpiece Swan Lake 🦢 also very tragic. I read somewhere Hades and Persephone are both related to this nakshatra along Lord Yama and Goddess Kali. It also reminds me of the movie IOrigins with reincarnation themes and the scene in The Originals when Hayley Marshall played by Phoebe Tonkin (Bharani Asc) says she'll be waiting for another dance with Elijah Mikaelson in another life after dying and keeps helping her daughter Hope Mikaelson from the other side. I'm convinced Misa Amane from Death Note had Bharani placements because of her eyes and her unfortunate fate. Can't wait for Part 2 Queen! 👑❤

Wow, I'm Bharani ascendant and ever since I was a child I was obsessed with Wuthering Heights. I memorized all the quotes and would recite them in my head all the time. It's like the book was about myself, and I already knew it. Then, later on in life I coincidentally met my "Heathcliff," and had an experience just like Catherine's. I also love movies like Corpse Bride and even Beauty and the Beast--just unusual dark romances. I never had any idea why I was be attracted to them even as a child, before I had any such personal experiences to build off of. I also related to and loved the kdrama "Love Alarm," which is an unexpectedly and shockingly dark schoolhouse romance (two themes you would never expect to coincide--childhood innocence and dark, ill-fated love). So eerie how similar strangers can be simply based on nakshatra.

I came back to write this comment after remembering this korean drama I watched ages ago called Legend of the Blue Sea, where long ago in the Joseon era in Korea this boy falls in love with a mermaid, who he releases after she was caught by some fishermen, but eventually she erases his memories because it’s hard for them to be together… but they meet again in modern time after he reincarnates. She remembers him but he doesn’t remember her. I felt the story was just so similar to the theme of Bharani so I checked out the actors placements, and the guy (Lee Min ho) sure enough has Bharani moon and mrigashira sun! I’m amazed 🥰

Vedic Bharani 🌞 here… have always felt a depression/sadness/longing for my partner since conscious youth. Like I’m searching for the other half of my heart. In fact this video moved me to tears for the deep resonance I felt- I know my soul has willingly navigated hells to bring them back. Haven’t had success in this life cycle yet, but am now dedicating meditation to memory recognition of myself and other thanks to you and your work. I think this also explains my resonance with the Radha/Krishna story of reincarnating love union forever in a million forms. I have their woven poster above my bed. ALSO- my mother went into labor with me while watching Ghost…it’s just uncanny, Claire…haha. In deep trances/plant medicine experiences I have been shown the womb as I call it- a tunnel/space of glowing warm orange/red/yellow light with beautiful metallic aetheric scripture aligned with my breath. The space between life and death in the state of ultimate surrender is pure bliss. Hell/pain and torture only occur in the state of attachment: refusing to let go. The pull toward suicide you touch on as being evident of ones desire to punish oneself I have also struggled with intensely in my earlier days and during periods of quick evolution. It really makes sense that if we decide to inflict such harshness on ourselves we will endure a personal hell of pain from our mind in the in between. Perhaps we banish ourselves to return to find them or because we shame ourselves for losing them in the first place…ultimately I’m interpreting this work and my life as yet another expression of the undying love that permeates all expression and as this humble conduit blessed with supreme form, I will overcome the monkey mind and make sweet and pure my offerings to All. To transcend attachment and to trust the upward spiral of consciousness, the inevitable reunion with the deepest layers of Self, I believe is the ultimate form of Pure Love and True Will guiding our Soul to Freedom. Thank you for your wisdom, essence and being. 🙏

But the image of crossing the River Styx on a boat stirred my recognition. My dad used to be a officer who would use patrol boats to drag for bodies who drowned in waterways. It has been one love trauma after another until I learned to accept myself unconditionally and go with the flow that I met someone I can truly call a soulmate. Every time I try so hard to focus on my own path as an individual I feel pulled towards love searching and yearning so deeply. My moon is in utara ashadha though and balancing my need to express myself as an individual sun dominant women and express myself as an unconditionally devoted lover and part of another is difficult. There is so much in this video I relate to even though I have no placements in this nakshatra. It's funny though as I'm aware of those movies yet never watched any of them and i was deeply afraid of death and the afterlife until recently. it's like I did not want to die before I met my soulmate. But when I faced death, experienced a ego death, and overcame my fear of it is when the process to 'leave hell and enter paradise' that things started to change in my life and I met my true love.

Jyestha Sun, Anuradha Moon, Vishakha rising here, I’ve been in tragic relationships back to back, first boyfriend (Vishakha Sun, Shatabhisha moon, Bharani rising) had two near death experiences, first a horrible car accident, and second he had a heart surgery where he died for a few minutes before being brought back. After him hurting me repeatedly through a lot of mental anguish and manipulation, I left him and stayed with a Mula moon man. Him and I had what I thought was a deep soul connection, and both relationships fed into the twin flame thing, claiming they said they knew me in another life. Last summer the P. Bhadrapada Sun , Mula moon, Ardra rising man shot himself in front of me when I tried to leave after he became very physically abusive (and early on in the relationship beat me so bad that I miscarried his child). He was completely obsessed with me since we were 14, but at the time I saw the bc obsession and control as true love, so I did everything I could to please him. Both of these were long term relationships and I’ve often asked myself what’s wrong with me because when I care about someone I’m willing to sacrifice all of my needs to go through hell for my loved ones.

@@hailee.p don't sacrifice your needs, as anuradha natives we tend to people please thinking this true love, but it isn't. You need to put yourself and your needs first, the lesson you need to learn is that love yourself first then love others, you deserve better than this. Anuradha and saturn in general are also about boundaries, to put boundaries is to know yourself and what you derseve, to love yourself so you can protect yourself, and flourish in dark environment, this what lotus symbol means. Hope this helps Ps: I have almost the same nakshatra placements as you

Beautiful video, Claire! I was moved to tears throughout. Once again after finishing one of your videos I'm left still, gathering my thoughts. Over the summer my husband and I got married. His parents married young and his dad died young, tragically in a violent accident. His mom still wears the ring he gave her even though she got remarried. She brings him up fondly all the time and tears up when she's talking about him. Every year she gets the family together on his birthday and the anniversary of his death. They were soulmates. At our wedding, my husband and I danced to the same song they did. I recently wrote a poem about our wedding and the generational cycles of love and death, how his father was there, and who knows, maybe our unborn child too. After your Ketu video I always wondered about the archetypes in which my own creativity was rooted, and why my most recurrent dream is about being at a train station. My husband and I both have Bharani Ketu. My grandma is double Bharani and she says she has dreamed of being with her dead husband again every night since he died, 12 years ago. And even though no one else in my family is remotely spiritual, she maintains that she will see him again after she dies. Thank you once again for, as you said, illuminating this thread of reality so beautifully!

I teared up while watching this. I’m always blown away by your work Claire! Thank you so much once again for your immense research, depth, and insight into these intricately woven philosophies and media studies on nakshatras. Honestly I shrieked when I saw that it was a Bharani video since that’s my ascendant..and I recently bought my first oracle deck titled “Mystic Sisters” where one of the cards I’ve noticed myself drawing repetitively over and over again to the point that it’s a SHARP pattern is the “Orpheus and Eurydice” card. In the profound montage you made I really connected the dots as to why I’m pulling that particular card. I’m so thankful for this profound insight that you’ve provided on that mythology connected to Bharani. The Lovely Bones was also one of my fave books as a kid and What Dreams May Come is a movie near and dear to my heart. Also, one of my favorite lessons from your female path course was the death meditation. Every time I practice the method my swati rising husband pops up and I receive images or insight about wishing to continue on with him into the next life, him waiting for me or vice versa. We’ve also talked about finding each other in future lifetimes in our personal conversations but seeing these images in my death meditation visuals usually makes me well up with an array of emotions, though ending with an overarching theme of gratitude for experiencing love that I can feel beyond the material plane in my lifetime. We also got married on the Bharani Moon (which I later discovered is inauspicious traditionally due to the “finishing” aspect or the burden association but it was Friday and Venus was conjunct the moon that day and it was beautiful and pre blowvid). Overall I really appreciate how the art depicted in your video reinforces the way we feel about one another (and how our loved ones see us) and the soulmate & twin flame connection in general. When I was taking your class I was unsure if I could handle the burden of married life given the complications of being a stepparent but the consistent meditation I developed with the shreem bija you provided really spoke to me in tough times that I would not find a love this strong again in my lifetime and I’m sooooo thankful I went back to my husband and did not let fear get the best of me. I’m always going to be referring back to those lessons in the future, and now this video! Another thing that spooked me out with the imagery you used - I had a vivid nightmare when I was an adolescent that my childhood caretaker had died and was being shipped off to the next life in a train/subway (although I never had rode them before) in an image that was almost parallel to the Jacob’s ladder one that you used in this video. Whenever I call her today we call each other “mi amor” since she was really my first unconditional love and I love her like she’s my own mother. The bharani love themes just don’t quit! Thank you again Claire - can’t wait for Part II and to read more in your patreon.

Bharani ASC just tuned in at work/break 💞 Should’ve known there’s a reason Iiked enter the void. Isn’t Rosario Dawson bharani native as well. I’ve been been obsessed with the idea of death and birth since a kid. When I was a child and started to understand mortality, I felt like leaving my body. It was a bizarre feeling. I told my mom I had been here before and that I had two rules. “Don’t embarrass me and don’t hit me”

this is my sun, and I thought it wouldn't hold much influence on my character. However, I was truly surprised that these themes played out in my life without me even being aware of them. Starting from the books I loved to the movies I rewatched. This will be long, but I'll list a few examples here showing this trope of love/death in books: Peony in Love by Lisa See (purva ashada moon author) shows this exactly and tells the story of a girl haunting the boy she loved after her death. A second book is Crossings by Alex Landragin which basically tells the story of a couple across different lifetimes (read it the baroness way as described by the author). I couldn't find the author's birthday. The strange way in which he wrote the book where you have to arrange it yourself annoyed me so much. A third book is Gods of Jade and Shadow by Silvia Moreno-Garcia (purva ashada moon author) which plays the theme of a girl striking a deal with the Mayan God of death but eventually falling in love with him. This one is so good. It makes you feel like you're experiencing Mexico City in the 1920s. a Fourth one is Keturah and Lord Death by Martine Leavitt (purva ashada moon author) this one again goes along with the theme of a girl and death falling in love. A great quote from this book is “There is no hell, John Temsland. Each man, when he dies, sees the landscape of his own soul.”. A fifth book is Reincarnation Blues by Michael Poore. You get the theme by now. A movie example is Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead. The actor Andy Garcia has bharani moon, and the writer Scott Rosenberg has bharani moon too. The movie plays the theme of debts and death. Another example confirming the dreamer awakening theme is shown in the movie the others played Nicole Kidman (swati rising), directed by Alejandro Amenábar (swati moon), and inspired by the book The Turn of the Screw by Henry James (swati moon). I'm sorry this is so long, but I didn't realize how much I adored these themes in books and art till now. Amazing work Claire as always.

Claire I have to share this!! I just remembered noww. I remember I created a story that strangely very much correlated to this nakshatra explorasion. I created a story about two same sex person love story which has some reincarnation and soulmate relation. It was about two same sex person developing feelings for each other in the early centuries, in a private same sex school. And being conservative that time, there were many obstacles in pursuing each other. And because of that they were forced to be separated. But deep down they knew they want to pursue each other because subconsciously they think they are soulmates with the spiritual connection they had and can't be explained. Even though they did not end up marrying each other, their love for each other can't be denied. Now, in the modern century, they reincarnated. It was their fate to meet again. As they start to get to know each other and unfold puzzles with flashbacks and deja vus, they start to recognize this deep bond they had together. I actually created this for my bharani ex! Hahaha which made my hair straighten up!!! as i keep on listening to your otherworldly video!!💗💗

This is probably my 5th time watching this video, going over some chapters, making notes and recalling memories from my past 😭😭 I remember when I was younger I kept asking my siblings and my friends if they believed in reincarnation, and I always asked them what type of animal they would be if they were reincarnated 😂 I also used to tease my siblings (revati moon) how when we were born we were swans/ducks/some weird bird like a cassowary or some other extinct bird haha and they always got annoyed at me but it eventually became an inside joke (I also study law!! and the very first time I won a debate in 5th grade I felt like I was Judge Judy) 😂 And then during my early (naive) teen years, I had a very obssessive 'twin flame' and tarot phase, to the point that whenever I got into a relationship I always wanted to believe so hard that the person would be my 'forever person' but I always end up being disappointed whenever it turns out we're not compatible in EVERY ASPECT 😂💀 but in all seriousness thank you so much Claire words can't fathom how much I love your videos (the beautifully edited visuals, the real life teachings) and how you weave things so masterfully, it truly is revolutionary. And as a Bharani sun/Swati asc native, the way you edit the visuals on cue with the music and its storytelling quality makes my nakshatras quake like I live for that music video-esque fantasy I constantly live out in my head rent-free 😭 Me and my swati sun/dhanishta moon sister, I would randomly start singing and she would dance to anything I sing like BOOTY DANCING AND ALL THAT UNINHIBITED DANCING, SHE GOES ALL OUT no matter what genre of the song I was singing😂🔥 I have so much more funny memories I remember but really I just love and appreciate you so much Claire! Your work has helped me so much in times when I lose sight of my identity, your work is impactful!!!

Just had a dream (4/1/22) of a bunch of teens and younger kids dancing all around a wide open space with a "soul train" line formed in one of the areas. The association of trains/subways and boats with Bharani is very interesting. The dance and music show called "Soul Train" kind of shouts Bharani. The music (bharani/mlecca cast), the dancers (the souls), and the "train" (transportation of the souls). I already commented on the video but I'm still on a high from all the knowledge. Thank you again Claire! 😄

This one is pretty heavy. 😔 Shook this Swati to the core! I sobbed through the entire video. I had to replay it several times. I hope the next video can help me find comfort in understanding how to detach from the grief of losing my 18-year-old son, who was killed in May of 09. I am comforted in understanding that he may have found another life. I haven't felt or saw him only once since he's been gone. So I think he has found another life. I'm still sad, though. I miss my son. We were always together. But I have a hard time remembering those times. I'm confused, though. Is my son waiting for me to take me to the light? Or has he made it to the next life? I want what's best for him. When my mother was dying from cancer, I had cared for her, feeding her, bathing her. She had become my baby until her last breath. It was as if life has went backwards. Like Benjamin Button. She held my hand, and she was afraid. I told her not to be as she took her last breath. I got a confirmation when she died that was okay. And after she died, my son finally came in my dream that he was leaving, and I wouldn't see him again. I thought it was just some recurring subconscious thought of losing him. I understand it is tragic when lovers grieve, but what about when a mother grieves? A lover can usually find another. But when you lose a child, It's a different story. Since his death, it has given me more curiosity about occult science. I even declared I would go find my son to make sure he was okay. The movie jacob's ladder, those scenes of being on the gurney, were often something I'd dream about, and when I first saw the movie, it gave me chills!! It frightened me until losing my son and mother. I'm grateful you made this much needed video. Thank you, anointed goddess Claire.

In Raaz, it's her husband's fling who commits suicide and then haunts the couple. In Alone, one identical twin is dead accidentally or is killed(can't recall correctly) because they both love the same guy. The dead twin is the one the guy loves but has a relationship and marriage with the sister unbeknownst to the fact that his real lover is dead. The girl' ghost haunts the couple and compels the mother and the sister to tell him the truth. In Atmaa, Bipasha' husband is dead and haunts her for his daughter. Loved this video. It made me kinda emotional cause it reminded me of my deceased grandma, whose birthdate allows for Bharani moon. Many years before converting to the LDS church, when she was young and lived in the countryside, she used to be a follower of Umbanda, a brazilian religion that merges Yoruba and South American Indigenous beliefs with Catholic saints. She used to be a medium, participating in rituals of possession and communication with spirits and spriritual entities. Many of them used to happen around bonfires, and on a particular occasion, before the rituals had started, for a reason I don't know (my father told me this story, and I can't remember some details), she and my grandpa had a fight, in which she threw him in the bonfire, reminding me of Bhairavi. He survived 😅

She also used to be a seamstress (and I think that's related to her Chitra sun), she started to sew by making burial shrouds, since people couldn't afford coffins. She loved to make baby clothes and baby blankets for every baby that was born. She was always involved in the death-birth process somehow. Looking back, i can see everything was related to her purpose as a Bharani moon native. Vedic astrology is amazing! I can't thank you enough, Claire

I've got Sun, Jupiter, Mercury, Venus & Saturn Bharani, thanks a lot for the video ! It is true that I have some sort of interest towards the interaction between life and what's on the other side.

Thanks for this amazing video essay! It’s so easy to learn from this format so thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’ve been musing on the symbolism of the yoni, its deity Yama god of death, and how you mentioned that in early human history, birth was often a death sentence for the mother… so the child literally brings death upon its own birth-linking it to all these tropes you’ve mentioned like its connection to dead loved ones, vengeance for that death, or a sense of existential dread that leads to philosophical questions

So good Claire! Your video inspired me to do my research in some other bharani themed movies like “pet semetary” the family in the movie moved to a old town with an old Indian burial ground that had magical power the father got obsessed with the burial ground and kept getting ghostly warnings and guidance from a dead patient he helped. Covered in guilt from the loss of his toddler son he buried him in the burial ground to make him come back to life to bring him back from the dead and the I looked up the Dads natal chart he is bharani moon. Then at the end of the movie his wife is killed by his demon toddler and he buries his wife in the same Indian burial ground to bring her back from the dead. Then in “beetlejuice” it was about the couple who lost their lives but still lingered in their home after death then beetlejuice came to their rescue to help scare off the new family in their home, the dead wife was a bharani moon when I did the research and another cool reference is that “beetlejuice” in astrology is spelled “beetle geuse” is a fixed star when found in a native chart represents “fame after death” or “eternal fame” and that’s where they got the name from. Thank you for opening my mind to look into these things!!! Btw I’m Venus in bharani I’m not sure if that necessarily makes me a bharani native 😂

Yes Pet Semetary is such a Bharani amalgamation! It will make more sense in context of Part 2 (with the resurrection themes I mentioned are coming next), I'm exploring it a bit in that video. Thank you for commenting lovely 💛

Claire, you’re simply incredible! My Sun is in Bharani so I was very curious to see just how much influence the Sun nakshatra has on my inner world too (I guess it could be extra strong for me since my Sun’s dispositor, Mars, is in another Venus ruled nakshatra - Purva Phalguni). All the themes and archetypes you mentioned are things that deeply resonate with me. The myth of Orpheus and Eurydice has always had a special place in my heart and Moulin Rouge has been my favourite movie since I was like 10!! Wow. I’m a writer and the soulmates “separated” by death theme is all over my works, I never understood why... I’m just so impressed I should probably rewatch this in order to fully grasp all the information. Thank you for all your amazing work, I can’t wait for part 2!! 💜
