As far as I know, taxation for a debt MF is as per the tax slab no matter how long you hold it and for listed bonds, it's as per tax if investment duration < 12 months and @20% if held for > 12 months. I'm not sure how debt ETFs are taxed, but it seems from the video that it receives the same tax treatment as a listed bond.

For Debt ETFs and Debt Mutual funds the gains irrespective of the holding period is added to the total income and taxed at the relevant rate. Hope this clarifies..
