Ingredients:
Bhindi - 250 gms
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
2. Add sliced bhindi.
3. Keep stirring occasionally and fry on medium flame.
4. After 10 minutes add salt & turmeric powder.
5. Once the bhindi is almost cooked add pepper powder, fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
6. Ready to serve.
