面糊:
200g 粘米粉
50g 木薯粉
1粒鸡蛋
1 1/2 茶匙 盐
1 茶匙 胡椒粉
2 茶匙 鸡精粉
2 茶匙 食油
200ml 椰浆
200ml 清水
2 1/2 茶匙 小茴香籽
2 茶匙 大茴香籽
10g 江鱼仔
1碗 花生
1碗 江鱼仔
(清水冲洗,烤15分种 150°c)

200g Rice Flour
50g tapioca flour
1 egg
1 & 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons chicken stock
2 teaspoons cooking oil
200ml coconut milk
200ml water
2 & 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds
2 teaspoons fennel seeds
10g Anchovies
1 bowl of raw peanuts
1 bowl of Anchovies
(Rinse with clean water, roast for 15 minutes at 150°c)
