Hi! I loveddd your video and just subscribed. I had a question though: why did God create us? I hope this isn't too much of a broad question but while watching your video I started reflecting on how He created us and how we have freewill. But what is our purpose, collectively? Also, what do you think are some good things to have when you're just now starting to form a relationship with God? I only have a bible at the moment, do I need to get a new one that's that has space to write and study? Thank you!

This is such a great question! I honestly don't have the full answer to this question. One of the things I pondered on after reading this chapter is how we got to know God as a creator and when we think of why we create something, it usually stems out of passion and love. Same way in which an artist paints or a singer sings. This has been something I thought about as well and I don't really know if its right, but it made so much sense. If God is a creator, the real question becomes, why not? Honestly, I'm coming to terms with the fact that God is all knowing and there will always be parts of him that we won't ever fully have the capacity to understand. As for good things to have, I would say the Life Application Study Bible I Suggested, it does such a great job of summarizing and breaking the bible down into simple terms. I don't think you need a new bible, just a journal to take notes. That's what I do. Hope this helped! :) Sorry for the late response.
