Very nicely done, however, I would be concerned about getting locked in.

I wrestled with that. Considering something more traditional like an actual house deadbolt system. However, considering my current location I had to have some way of locking it up for storage purposes. Thank you for commenting and bringing up some constructive criticism. Shalom!

This is awesome! It sure beats a Tent‼️Great Idea‼️ Allows for some Privacy, decent Mobility and much better Security than a Tent. 🙏 I encourage all reading this comment to forward this clip to your LOCAL Homeless Support groups & Advocates ‼️ And.... ♾️ 🤳 🚔‼️🤙😎

Thank you! I have experienced being houseless and also have been known as a traveling vagabond at times in my life. Something like this just makes sense. I have plans to build some smaller, lighter A-frame style campers as well to hand out to the houseless population here locally. I had hoped to get some finished by this winter but some unexpected events IRL have caused most of my plans to be put on delay. Hope to get my own situation sorted out and get back to work on outreach and ministry work. Thank you for watching and for taking the time to comment. Please do share and hopefully inspire others. Blessings and shalom! ✌️❤️🙏🏻

That's almost a full-time nomadic camper! A tiny firewood stove and you can enjoy all year round

I had gotten a portable power station to toss in it, also got a solar panel to charge the power station. Unfortunately when I plugged in the power station it would not hold charge. Ended up having bunk cells. I reached out to seller and to Amazon to no avail. Could go very small wood burner stove with proper ventilation. Most likely will start saving for another more portable power bank as it seems safer and I have already invested in the solar panel. I definitely plan to get plenty of use out of it. Also plan on building simpler A-frame style ones to give to the local homeless population this winter. Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment. ✌️❤️🙏🏻

@@BibleandaBicycle well, perhaps a simple car battery can be better than the power station. You ask for a used batteries at a scrap yard, they definitely sell those, if not too old it's a simple and cheap

@@michaelboyko5024 then I would have to deal with a power inverter and such. I'm not sure if it would be any more economical or simpler. At the moment I cannot afford either. I might end up houseless and living in this little camper full-time if my current circumstances don't improve soon. Blessings in our struggles. ✌️❤️🙏🏻

It was constructed with 1x2inch scrap wood, salvaged cardboard treated with polyurethane and wrapped up in all weather outdoor black tape. Everything was salvaged or second hand except for the hardware like locks and the hitch. There is a full length video about it on the channel. 👍 Thank you for watching and for taking the time to leave a comment. ✌️❤️🙏

Have you given this a road test in windy conditions? There's multiple factors here I could see going wrong, including toppling, wind drag, and some others. However, the inside is very roomy and delicate. Very good job, and keep at it, and since you're a brother of faith, remain steadfast and prove all things. 😉

So far no toppling over. I found a number of things that I would do differently next time. I was building this with a secure and sturdy shelter for a houseless individual in mind more than aerodynamics. Would not be practical to actually tour or travel with but makes a great place for sleeping and escaping the weather. Thank you for watching and for taking the time to leave a comment! Blessings and shalom ✌️❤️🙏

Do you plan to live out of this full time? If so you might want to rethink your design, as it stands that’s not enough storage space unless you intend to live with about as money possessions as a monk.

Actually, due to the materials used it was surprisingly light. By no means would it be feasible to take it out for long distance rides, but I built it with the intent of it being used by an individual experiencing "houselessness". I gave it away to just such an individual here locally and as of a week ago it is still holding up strong. Thank you for watching and for taking the time to leave a comment. ✌️❤️🙏
