Hey yall! Just making a super wideback sammich after a long stretch of low-carb eating. This was my cheat meal and it was worth every additional net carb. I reversed seared the steak in my oven for about an hour at 245 degrees F, then finished it on the stove with butter and garlic. Served it on toasted ciabatta with a fried egg, chimichurri, arugula AND FRIES!!!
