Thanks for making these videos, I watch them to give me an idea of what to expect before we go. I travel with my whole family and my pets and I like to have a little idea of what’s there so I can plan accordingly.

While you will find a lot more trails over in the state park, Its 1.5 miles hike to get your pets into the water, Hope this helps your future planning. Be sure to watch the other Big Bay State Park Video for more info

Thank you for this very thorough video of BBTP campground. We are going in August and have a site in the 50s reserved. Having never been there, this was very exciting to see it, the roads and the beach areas. I will also plan the $$$ for the Ferry!

pretty sure the rate for electric site is about $40/night... still cheaper than the State Park, which was $30/night, but in addition an $11/day car pass and a $15/day out of state surcharge. So it was $51 for me.

Rates based on when the video was made. Pick a state for a year and get an annual pass. This year I have chosen Michigan and have used the pass dozens of times and saved a bunch. More nights to come And for that location, the big extra is the fee for the ferry
