So sacrifice a season for a quarterback that could be learning from mistakes now to learn from mistakes next year? You guys have to stop using preseason headline for your arguments. All CURRENT scouting reports have the O line drastically improving, especially in pass protection, and PFF shot them way up the board. They have allowed ZERO sacks in 3 games, ZERO. All of Mitch’s sacks have been officially attributed to him moving out of the pocket, and Najee missing blocks. It’s not the OLine. It’s Mitch’s inability to make reads and throw guys open. Watch some videos on the passes he’s missing with guys running open down the fiend. They showed a chart of his throws through 3 games, and he’s attempted TWO down the seam between the numbers…. In 3 games…. Every single other pass attempt had been a screen, dump off, or sideline pass. It’s Mitch not the O line.

@@Vinnymaboy88 You’d be the only one with that opinion that didn’t get escorted off the short bus or you didn’t watch the games. Nobody that understands football or even watches the Steelers casually his last few years ever thought, “ Now there’s a guy that can still start on the Steelers!” You’re honest to god the only person I’ve ever heard advocate for Ben to have stayed for a couple more years after what we saw the last few seasons.

Mitch was turning the ball over like it was his job. I remember one game they were playing so good then Mitch started feeling himself a little to much and started throwing picks lol

When it comes to the people on the stands or paying the players salaries they feel entitled because they’re paying instead of the players and coaches who are investing time to create a flow of synergy to make these teammates work best together.

Everyone wants to just throw rookies right in there but it’s not always a good move Most of them get thrown in before they are ready and it completely destroys their confidence

If their confidence is broken that easily they wouldn't be good anyway Take trevor Lawrence for example he played his rookie year and for a shitty team and now he's balling out

Mitchell does not have HOF potential but what he does have is knowledge, experience and a pro bowl. Pickett sitting behind him isn’t the worst thing in the world.

I personally feel terrible for the guy, he can’t catch a break his whole career. You work so dang hard your whole life to live your dream playing in the NFL. Then he gets there and is just hated on. I really hope he turns it around and people aren’t as harsh on him as he gets older. Tough situation all around.

At first I was under the belief that we should sit Kit and give Mitch a fair shot for Kenny's whole rookie year, but then with Mitch not showing any promise and turning over the ball TOO MUCH changed my opinion. And then once they did make the switch to Kenny, he was the catalyst to start us on that winning streak to finish out the season. And just like what Mason did at the end of this season, he just played way too good to even think about going back to the guy he replaced 💯

Love Big Ben, you can never be replaced.. that being said, his defense of trubisky is suspect??🤔 Ben if you aren’t coming back to lift this offense out of the mire, then it’s Kenny time!! ❤ 7 ❤ 8 ❤

He said its fair yet like we want Mitch to be our QB1 for years to come. Steelers want Kenny to watch while Mitch gets us by. Mitch isnt making anything happen so its time for the guy who shown us he's more than ready and who is our best chance to win and that's Kenny "The Man" Pickett!

I wish Ben was still playing he always would get the win even if the games looked ugly. He had that clutch gene. It’s what makes champions and Mitch just doesn’t have that at all

Ben you are the GREATEST!!! We know they pushed you out and THAT is why the QB situation won't be good in Pittsburgh! Along with a shaking offensive coordinator. It's not looking good. Hopefully things will turn around. You reap what you sew. That's the situation AGAIN in Pittsburgh.

Thank you been for saying what I have been trying to tell my family since Kenny Pickett got drafted they need to give Mitch Trubisky a chance he did not have the best coach in Chicago Mike Tomlin would be very good for him
