Oh my gosh Kimberly, am thinking Ndhzengas wound is looking worse since he has been mating this time. Let's hope they relent and call in a vet. He will have cubs to take care of eventually. EDIT Am on my knees now Kimberly.

Great video ! But quick question, I feel like the the new males have been mating with the Kambula lioness for quite sometime now and still no cubs ? They first took over the pride 6-7 months ago correct ? Just curious. Thanks as always !

That poor Lion needs to have that awful injury seen to. His entrails are falling out. Why hasn't this been addressed?

In some countries/places in Africa, they might help him. But in Sabi Sands, unless it's a human-inflicted injury, the won't intervene.

Mala Mala, am painfully aware of the Sabi Sands policy of no intervention unless human caused but please, make an exception this time and help this beautiful lion. If the wound becomes infected he will die a slow painful death. Please 🙏🙏 EDIT it is looking worse since the last update, mating is very obviously not helping his cause. It cannot possibly heal like that!

Feels bad looking at that male lion's injury. :( Hopefully the injured lion will pass on his genes and the lioness will have many beautiful offspring of his.

Why can't u people treat that lion with the growth, why can't a vet step in and help the poor lion? people step in and help elephants all the time ..why not a lion. so sad to see.

Gore might have a longer back than Amahle, has comparable shoulder height, probably, and might be as muscular as Amahle if it wasn't for the thing. Gore is healthy otherwise, would be worth giving him surgery--but that would alter nature's course. Hopefully some of his genes will go forward into future generations.

My only concern with this safari guide is how can you see this injured lion and pretend everything’s ok??? This beautiful majestic lion needs medical attention ASAP! If he dies so will his cubs, he needs to protect his pride! So don’t tell me you guys can’t intervene!!

@@GabGotti3 it’s a ridiculous unwritten rule. Humans should be helping in every scenario possible to offset the incredible harm we do to lions and all animal species on a daily basis. Humans have to be the most illogical living beings on earth. So many people are so for “not interfering with wild life” yet thousands do so on a daily basis but only harm is done. There would be nothing wrong with assisting wildlife when capable to even offset the harm done by us even if only by a fraction of a percentage point. For example, that lion with his liver sticking out, a lion who will certainly not last long with that injury.
