Leap Day 2024 brought some great weather, great lighting, and an opportunity to catch another train traversing the former Pennsylvania Railroad Buffalo Line! This day, I revisited the region for the hopes of a better chase of Western New York & Pennsylvania's OL-2 making another sand run to Emporium, which did not disappoint! After stopping along the way to work customers and refuel their de-rated ex-CSX AC6000s, the train then made its way into the steep hills and valleys of northwest PA, conquering the grades with ease before reaching the Emporium transload yard!
