This is so true, dude. My agency was a top producer in the month of March. When everybody else was freaking out we didn't pay attention to the noise. We don't care what the NAR is doing. We don't care about the lawsuits. We just keep grinding. And we keep producing. Stop listening to the noise!!!!

I had an amazing listing presentation and the seller said that she decided to work with a local realtor. I provided them that they didn’t even know about their own property. Anyway, I won’t let that loss stop me, more will come on my way 💪🏼 I am going to send hand written notes to the subdivision… thanks for the advice Ricky!

Yup..I make millions coaching. But, here's where the service part comes in...they make way more money from what I teach them then the money they pay me. There are thousands of testimonials. Making money is a good thing, especially when you are helping people in the process. You might not like it when people make money helping people, but I call it a real business.
