Absolutely love this! I am glad somebody finally said it - there are so many streetlifters doing weighted dips with insane weights but they're using that horrible form you showed. I get that it's all about showing off, but really the competitions should disqualify poor weighted dip form like that. Thank you Dom!

This is precisely why I can't take weighted calisthenics competitions seriously. It's full of shitty dips and hunch back pullups. Nobody cares about perfect form there

Since you just did video on dips, mentioning you need good shoulder extension, maybe do a video about how to increase your shoulder extension and strengthen the shoulders in that position. Many people experience shoulder pain (including me hahaha) when doing dips with correct form, hence why they opt for raising their hips while doing them, decreasing shoulder ROM. Thanks!

Hey Dominik, love your viedeos and you are one of the most complete athletes I know. Can you make a video about your weaknesses and what you are working on, that would be interesting, because I see no real flaws in terms of strenght, mobility, endurance, speed, coordination etc. And concerning new videos I think you have good opportunies left. I would ve interested in: - mma-videos (techniques, analysis of fighters, your journey... although the viewers expect fitness videos you can give it a shot - videos about coordination, balance, endurance and speed - nutrition videos - mindset videos - and especially some type of compilation videos like you did in the past (you should have enough footage) . They are very inspiring and a work of art. Stay strong at these times✊

Maybe you could share some of your thoughts about what you do differently than a lot of calisthenics trainers out there when it comes to programming. Like full body vs split training or straight sets vs supersets, strength vs hypertrophy etc. (I know you have talked about some of it in the past, but maybe you have other interesting thoughts).

Hey Dominik, can you please make a video about how to deal with a herniated disc in the lumbar spine and what stretches and exercises are good for recovery. Cause i see so many channels advising flexion movements of the spine for recovery and yoga exercises showing flexion movements of the spine. On the other hand, lots of people say that flexion of the spine is to be avoided with herniated discs. So i am a bit confused right now. I have been dealing with this problem for 4 months now and I would like to have some advice from you cause i know from your instagram that you have been suffering from this injury as well. For ring muscle ups the false grip is a key, be sure you don't loose it when you come down ; also the transition when you come up is very important, try some negatives reps and straight bar dips as workouts, add some weights if you can, it can helps defenetly

I would appreciate if you can show how to get best result with chest calisthenics exercise (strength and hypertrophy). What exercise do you do. Dips and press ups. Is this it?? With other exercise you can easily progressively overload by changing angle, adding weights etc. push-ups really can only see normal press ups, archer, one arm. What else.

Thank you for pointing this out. I've been seeing this, at the gym, a lot, even on some calisthenics channels. Looks like people are doing some type of hyper-extension instead of dips.
