Exercises:
Hanging kettlebell Shrug: is a great way of making the bar and weight work against your body. This is a chaotic method of training and you need learn these types of methods to break through plateaus.
Reverse Incline Shrug: These allow you to hit your lower areas around the rhomboid area. To build a strong body you need to have a foundation of concrete and this exercise allows you to do just that.
Shrugging for Time: This is all about volume and trying to get your GPP up while hitting the areas for max muscle hypertrophy.
Snatch Grip Deadlift: This is right out of the book of some massive olympic lifters. They have dialed in their ability to target the muscle groups to pull massive weights with this exercise.
