As a person who suffers from severe depression & struggles with thoughts of suicide… this song always hit home for me. I can’t get through this song with out tearing up. I know this song word for word… and I feel it to my core. RIP Biggie ✌🏾

Yall are missing the point. Suicidal Thoughts are NOT "rational". Self preservation is the primary instinct of ALL rational life. The Suicidal person is not rational. Biggie did an excellent job expressing the mindset of a clinically depressed, suicidal person. One of my favorite tracks on that first album. Most MC's weren't doing anything that could be even remotely considered as showing any kind of vulnerability..(except for Pac and later DMX) This was a powerful piece by BIG imo
@VoidDweller86

But suicide can most definitely seem like a rational choice compared to having to deal with living in A Capitalistic World every single day 24 / 7, 365 days a year, I am 35 years old by the way, American Aborigine male.

Biggie over pac all day but I'm biased being from NY also he just always moved me more. Not that you can even compare the two. It's like the bs between star trek and star wars there is just no comparison they aren't similar at all. Star trek is phenomenal and deep and filled with intelligence like biggie and star wars are some movies with pew pews like pac 😉 hahaha I had to I'm sorry just being goofy even though there is realness in what I'm saying, not tryna disrespect pac or star wars they just don't compare 😋

React to Long Kiss Goodnight. Hardest biggie song I ever heard. Supposedly a Pac diss but I think it's a diss to everybody that talked about him. Pac, Nas, Rhakeem.. just a general shut your mouth track even though you could definitely put it on certain people.
