Aloo ki bhujia is a much relished Bihari recipe, eaten mostly with daal and bhaat(cooked rice), pooris or parathas. In Bihari Hindi it is called "aloo KA bhujia, though grammatically "aloo KI bhujia" is correct. My narration in this this video is a mix of "KI" and "KA', due to the mix of the language of my origin and of the place where I am now.
The basic aloo ki bhujia recipe is simplest of the simple recipes and can aptly become the example of "hing lage na fitkari, rang bhi aaye chokha". Adding mustard and garlic paste to it gives it super awesome taste. The crisp outside and the soft inside is something which will surely make this recipe your favourite.
