Bihari Kabab | Restaurant Recipe
Beef 2kg (cutting shown in video) (you can use beef boti, mutton boti, chicken too)
Raw Papaya paste 4 tbsp
ginger 1 tbsp
garlic 1 tbsp
salt 1.5 tbsp
garam masala 1 tbsp
red chilli powder 1.5 tbsp
zeera powder half tbsp
green chilli paste 1.5 tbsp
khashkhaash 2 tbsp
yogurt 4 tbsp
mustard oil 4 tbsp
after mixing keep it room temperature for 2 hours and then refrigerate
Marinate for good 5-6 hours or over night for best results
Special bbq chutney
2 cup imli water
1 bunch dhaniya
half bunch podina
2-3 red button chillies
2 green chillies
1 tsp zeera
salt to taste
half tsp garlic paste
