This LA ride is definitely a cut above, extraordinary views. Props to Darin’s Dad, good job bikepacking on that route 👍🏻. Y’all are getting very good at this bike-riding gear-reviewing music-selecting video-making community-building thing, just sayin’.🤘🏻RAD On🤘🏻 #GetRADified

No but there are some fill up options along the way. The gps map from Bikepacking.com has all the info and pinned spots for fill-up 💦

So great that the area isn't too crowded, given it's so near to the big city.

Great video, I enjoyed this a lot. I've lived in SoCal all my life and never even knew about this trail. I would love to see you do a video of bikepacking the entire Trans Catalina trail. I've hiked on parts of it, but not the entire length. It's really beautiful and I think you both would really like it a lot. It would make for a great weekend trip. Anyway, keep up the wonderful work you are doing with this channel. I enjoy every video you post! :)

Well done. Confessions of a window seat junkie who flew into LAX for training, yes LA Refinery, and dream about those fire roads and prehistoric highways out of the basin. I am a hiker but had a knowledge of my MTB fiends and friends history and thought of them on those overflights. It was a good distraction from seeing like five other planes in your approach stack. .
