I actually cracked open a package of it last night. I ate half of. Slices great with a sharp knife. Excellent! Dry cured jerky, reminds me of Copa or Jambon de Bayonne. Thx U again.@@biltong_depot

I prefer my tong whole and I slice it with a knife. I make venison Tong here in the UK. Your production method looks awesome.

I love your droewors product but found the spices a bit mild. Would you consider a more traditional “extra” option for those of us who love the clove and coriander flavor? Huge fan of your work.
