For stuffing:
Boiled Potato - 3 to 4 (medium size)
Onion - 1 medium size
Green chilli - 2 chopped
Fresh coriander
Oil - 2-3 Tbsp
Mustard seeds
Turmeric powder (haldi)
Red chilli powder
Coriander (Dhaniya Powder)
Bell peppers / capsicum - as per your choice (optional)
